DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Nope, sorry. Our ceramics are made to order. Unless the piece is broken when you receive it, you own it! No returns.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our products are made to order. The process from point of sale to shipment is estimated at 3-4 weeks.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?

All orders are shipped via UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you at time of shipment. Please email shop@lawrencemcrae.com for international orders.

CAN I VISIT YOUR STUDIO?

Come on by! We’re usually open Monday-Friday 11-4, but we recommend you give us a call to make sure we’re in the building or to make an appointment.
